Ed embarked on his financial services journey in 2012, following a decade-long stint in corporate accounting and finance. His experience lies in providing comprehensive financial planning to his clients, encompassing investment management, benefits consulting, risk management, and long-term strategies. Ed's clientele primarily consists of the working affluent, those who have high income with their assets steadily catching up.
Ed is a distinguished alumnus of Monmouth College in Monmouth, IL, where he graduated with honors in both accounting and business administration. In 2008, he earned the esteemed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification. Additionally, in 2019, he further bolstered his credentials by obtaining the Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®) and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certifications.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Ed is an avid blood donor, having donated an impressive nine gallons and counting. In 2017, he joined forces with the Red Cross and a local craft brewery to organize a community blood drive, assuming the role of blood drive coordinator. To date, this event has successfully collected over 100 units of blood. He also volunteers his time with a local chapter of his fraternity, mentoring their executive board on the chapter’s finances.
Ed currently resides in Westfield, IN, with his wife and two daughters. Despite his geographical distance, his unwavering loyalty remains with the Cubs, Bears, and Bulls. In his leisure time, you can him golfing, at CrossFit, and home brewing. And if ask nicely, he might even share one of his homebrews with you!
